Semaphoric Healing - I'm Afraid They Will See Me

i've always been terrified f letting people look into my eyes, because i just feel like they'll see through my mask and that'll be the end. Most of it is just normal after the first few seconds of awkwardness. Some people start cracki laughing, like theylhy just can't steal it. And then, because we're doing it for ten minutes, that justst subsides naturally and goes back into this very calm, just normal experience.
