NATO's Decision Making Is Slow
NATO has got out of the habit of operating in this sort of military operational context and its decision making is painfully slow. Ultimately, NATO and Europe and the US cannot afford Ukraine to fail. To me, they're fighting with one hand behind their back. For this to be successful as quickly as possible, they need attack them. And I'm not entirely convinced that NATO and particularly the main players in it are absolutely united on how they can make decisions.
