The Importance of Listening to Your Clients
I sympathize with the people who are calling her angry because, you know, you call up your app and there's something wrong. She says, I understand why they're upset, but they get so they're really not listening. There's really no such thing as an overreaction. You just absolutely the deposit's not in there. It's supposed to be direct deposit. What the, what am I going to do? Because I know I've got automatic with debits coming out of it. And that's okay.
