The Pros and Cons of Charter Schools

Charter schools don't really have better outcomes when you account for things like, you know, selecting students and, and things like that. Rain vegetation is a big neoliberal policy shop. They're very much in the pro charter school camp. But even they estimate that student side factors are four to eight times more powerful than school side factors. The problem is a child's brain is not a widget.
