API Security: How to Mitigate Risks

The APIs are the biggest attack vector for pretty much every product that's anybody's creating these days. So API has become a great source of problems if we do not secure them properly. We want everything to have an identity and we want everything to be encrypted or very secure. And then there is a third level of security where we are looking at all the traffic that anybody's making through our REST-based services.
