How to Coach Up and Away to Increase Achievement

As a coach in a system, you're always doing two things at once. I would approach change of the system or the person I worked with, I'm coaching up and I'm coaching in the person I working with. We should treat the administrator with the exact same degree of humanizing interactions as we would appear. And that means we listen. That means we offer choices. But also that means we don't silence ourselves.
