I had strengths but I was pretty rough you know. The opportunity come from a competition going on in Queensland and um the person that I was working for Kevin had left his yard to set up on my own in Sydney. He'd poured me up and said look I've got this horse like they'll only let me ride three at the competition, he says. "The horse really needs a run horses lacking confidence has had some issues uh cross-country had flipped at the last competition so jumping into the water jump and hit the water jump" You must have been doing pretty well to have been invited as one of New Zealand's most successful riders by any standards.
