Go to the gym. You can get a gym membership for 10 bucks now. This is the one that people say, okay, whatever. Just sit still for 30 minutes. I think there is just such a relaxing and reflective component to just trying to sit still. Silence is a great percolator. People like you know, whatever day, but I love like the lower level of my house because it's pretty quiet.
