If it's low and you can certainly continue to eat the way you're eating, but you've got to supplement it. magnesium is something I think is inexpensive to supplement every night. Cholesterol panel: High LDL or low HDL tells us your body's heading toward diabetes. A blood count will also help monitor iron levels.
