Is There a Chinese Equivalent to Culture?

In the introduction to my book, i a kind of critique and ultimately reject the disuse of culture to understand what a chinese identity was about in the pre modern period. I think that culture is much too broad an cetoamorphous, capacious category. So instead, tried to find some way of talking about these ways of talking about chineseness that were more specific. And just calling them, you know, culturalism or cultura universalism A. R and ar. A,. These two categories are re what i ultimately chose to call atmos inatnicized orthodoxy, that's one of them, and anocentric moralism.
