What Is a Minimum Viable Strategy?
A minimum viable strategy is something that you can probably say on one page and tell it as a storyk. The idea of these five year strategic plans im i'm finding we're getting very few private companies that even want a five year strategic plan any more. It's recognizing we can't a we can't predict the future to that extent. And it's, it's arrogant and just wrong to think that we can.
