Bin Laden's New Terrorist Philosophy

In 1998, Bin Laden co-signed a fatwa declaring it the individual duty of every Muslim to kill Americans everywhere and anywhere. After being exiled twice, Bin Laden's hatred of the US now drove him to form a new terrorist philosophy. Up until this point, much of the analysis of terrorists centered on a famous phrase that they wanted a lot of people watching, but not a lot ofPeople dying. But after he was exiled two times, Bin Laden kind of reversed that. He wanted a lots of people dying and aLot of People Watching. That was new for terrorist groups.
