The Origin of Toasters, Is There Nichol and the Alloy Component?

Wire cutter says most toasters still work this way. There's also a cheaper alloy, people use of chromium, iron and aluminum. But it's more brittle, less good, like it's just another cost cutting thing companies are doing. Apparently nickel is expensive. That's why they don't want to spend the money on nier.
