How to Use a Short Cut in a Project?

One of my galls is to get you guys to use the out less. I admit that this might be related to some different psychological tymes, but for myself, i'm quite sure that distracting and using a mouse once in a while just consumes my mind energy. This could actually become a whole podcast episode, not moving the hands away from the keyboard, but we probably shall get back contract because if you get me talking about this, we'll be here all day. And i think this matters enough o much.
