We watch what other people are doing, right? And we understand the rules from that. So here they are driving down the road. This is a two cap. You said you watched me. I do know the rules. Well, for your information pal, that was a yellow light back there. Red light stop green light go yellow light go very fast. But on either side, there's a kind of fuzzy zone in which people are constantly not only interpreting the rule for themselves, but eyeing the person to the left of them,. They calibrate with each other as to just how close to get to the straight and narrow it can be. Just how broad the latitude is for interpretation.
