Elixir 3.0 Is Done

There was a topic on Elixir forums with an announcement that actor is done and there are no planning, no plan breaking changes. I think they also might mean by done that not any more major versions would be released. It's interesting. There's a quite a few database adapters that have become incompatible because they just haven't updated them. So I wonder if maybe some of these kind of abandoned database adapters could be something? Just thinking out loud, right?
