Social Media Companies and Common Carriers vs Texas - What Happens Next?
The law is not in effect in texas, and the law in florida. Both sides at this point waiting to actually hear from the fifth circuit. The eleventh circuits a pretty conservative court. Either one will file for sert at some point. But i don't see how you can win if you're missing a oldam and jones.
