Is There a Toaster Store?

This is inspiring me to want to open a toast er store. There should be a wall of bread and poppd harts for test. Also, i'm a light, lightly toasted toast person, but i know people who want charcoal on it. I feel like maybe some different breads require different toast process or toasting. Maybe a chabata is better at if at mildly toasted, but a sour dough is probably better very toasted.
