Hunter Biden's Plea Deal With the Department of Justice Has Been Put on Hold
Judge Mary Ellen Norayka, a Trump appointee, said she needed more information before she could accept or reject the deal on misdemeanor tax charges and a gun violation. The parties have 30 days to answer the judge's questions before she makes a decision. In the plea agreement, the charge would be dismissed if Biden remains drug-free and commits no additional crimes for two years.
