The Biggest Legal Difference Between the New York Times Case and This Case

Fox News is being sued for having Sidney Powell on, who's then saying and saying things from the decapitated head. That that falls into basically a journalism privilege when it comes to defamation; otherwise, all of a sudden you have news organizations being really scared or narrowing who they can talk to. And so, I do find it, there are major differences between the New York Times Sarah Palin case and this case.
