I think there's a lot of distortion out there as to what the numbers actually are. You know, if you've got an LDL of three or 400, obviously that's an enormous risk. I find that with higher protein and animal protein, they're made generally LDLs stay about the same, but HDLs tend to go up. So again, not my area of expertise. But in general, I think higher carbs are much more inflammatory and much more of a risk across the board.
