Paul says all of us have every gift, but he doesn't mean individually. He's assuming that all of us are bringing all of our gifts to the table all the time. We misuse them we hoard them and use them to compare ourselves against other people. And when we despise them we hide them because they don't meet our parameters of status. In both instances we all lose. All of us.
