The Constitution has only three qualifications for being president: You have to be at least 35, check. And you have to have lived in the United States for at least 14 years also check. So what that would mean is even a hypothetical Congress, right? Like, not the one we have now. They probably couldn't pass a law that imposed a presidential candidate's campaign-dited statute. We'll find out if he's going to be that Teflon Don that he's always claimed himself to be.
