The man with the vix says we're going to head for a recession. He thinks that it's going to be staglation here and in the short run, which is, you know, low to know, growth, and then higher inflation. The fed just has so much power on on what they want to do,. I mean, they can really throw us into a recession quickly by raising a it's kind of indrome pow's hands. A lot of those people are going to go away, i don't see that happening right now. And real estate is the number est practitioners in its history by far... It's just life! We need advice some more effect.
