Is It Just a Misdiagnosis of Brexit Thinking?

At the core of Brexit thinking was this misdiagnosis that the UK is a big country. If it was a big credible economy, the currency wouldn't have collapsed. The Brits understand now they are rule takers and don't get Britannia's rules. And also realise that America rules the waves in finance.
