Is Long Lock Ups Helpful for Seed Deals?

The next, like, round of the casino seems to me like it might be depending on the path to liquidity for fans. I wonder if these long lock ups are even helpful. A mack is healthy when it has properprice discovery, right? So i wonder if long lock ups actually just facilitate overvalued projects or overvalued tokens. It's probably extremely good for founders, but not really good for any one else.
