What's the Difference?
The p m s provider is the only one allowed to transfer money into that account. If you if they transfer it directly, that account is not under the control of the custodian. So for instance, if there's a custodian bank account. I cannot debate that account. I can only trnsfer money too that acount. Cant transfer money from it. Only the custodian can.
