When you're working on a project, ah, that's when you're ghost writing. So within that proposal, there is an outline, just like a table of contents and all that good stuff. And so that usually comes from, well, my experience in two places its either the author, the celebrity, has a very clear vision of what they want the book to look like or they don't at all. Then i come in and i create the organization.
