I had a very interesting slash dismaying exchange a few days ago and it's totally germane to this. So I went to see my doctor and I actually just wrote a sub-seck piece about this, which I will post probably when we finish recording. She started talking about how doctors, oh wait, I was again lamenting that I couldn't get a general practitioner and she said yeah nobody wants to be a doctor anymore because it's so impossible. Nobody wants to do it. All the only the only people going into this are like idiots. It's an immigrants. My favorite kind of conversation. Idiots and immigrants are becoming doctors. That's what she said. And
