Board Account

The main issue from the perspective of DSA internal democracy is that there are no actual standards for internal democracy. Every chapter basically does whatever it wants, both in terms of which electoral system is used and also in terms of membership standards. A lot of chapters use board account. And a lot of them don't rely on a very high quorum.
