How Do I Find My Hot Seat People?
If you've got a facebook group, put up a pole in there and go, hey, i'm thinking about doing some small group or one on one special interviews. Which ones are you most interested in? And put up a voting pole in your facebook group, and everybody that responds to each one of the topics that you put out there, follow up with them. You can also, when you do a hot seat, do a follow up and say, hey, who do you know that that's in our community? Or maybe somebody thy haven't met yet that would be a great participant for this style of an interview. That is it for this week's episode. Appreciate all
