The Power of Five Minutes of Pause to Transition
There is what I call transition space, which is you're doing one thing and then you have to go do something else. Having even 10 minutes between like 10 minutes intentional time where your hand is off the mouse and your eyes are not on the screen before you have to actually engage with the next thing can create such a sense of ease. Celebration has odd connotation with alcohol or in our society it should be this. And so we came up with ways we can celebrate this list as well.
