If you're not doing anything, then start with quarterly. We like to send out from a nurture perspective at least once a week. There may be a call to action, we may highlight an event that's coming up but the purpose of it is not really to sell hard. It's to remind them we're there, offer some value and then throw in a little bit of what we're doing that they can be a part of.
