How to Use Time to Read Blocks in Post Templates
The time to read block was introduced in 15.3, and with 15.5 you can customize the typography and the spacing tools. It's just much easier to find having a separate post date and post modified date. So if you if they want to show both in the in the single post template, they can just find these blocks without having to feed with the settings.
