Do You Have a Negative Cognitive Bias?

The reason that we have these default thoughts of things don't work out for us or whatever we try fails is based in what we call a negative cognitive bias. And there's a neurological reason for this because our brain wants to keep us safe. So when we come up against a moment where things get hard, we self-sabotage. We need to start creating context in our short and long-term memory that things do work out for you.
