Shifting Strategies and Building Community

In this chapter, the hosts discuss a case example of a woman with a strategy of always being strong, explore the use of Somatic Integration and Processing (SIP) to shift this strategy, and highlight the importance of creating a community of therapists with a shared language and framework.
