Introduction
Jack podcast reads indictment of Donald John Trump by Department of Justice Special Counsel Jack Smith. Indictment was issued on August 1st, 2023 in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. The defendant had a right to speak publicly about the election and even to claim falsely that there had been outcome determinative fraud during the election and that he had won. Shortly after election day, the defendant also pursued unlawful means of discounting legitimate votes and subverting the election results.
