There's a lot of powerful lords that would not want egg to be able to have more power behind his proposed reforms. A theory about the masters would have wanted to sabotage it and they would have been well placed to sabotage it if they wanted. Huge oversights are also a pretty common tactic yes huge oversights are realistic right like certain ones aren't like you can't get them but yeah it's nothing but yeahbut so i would think that maybe two points there one that maybe just george and consider having that maybe it does exist or did exist but maybe it doesn't exist because they didn't want this anomaly this abomination this anti-seven thing going on.
