Starbucks CEO's New Leadership Strategy
The new CEO of Starbucks is trying out a new leadership strategy. Locksman Narasimhan says he's going to be sporting the green apron and will work alongside baristas in Starbucks cafes once a month. A 2018 study from Harvard Business School did find CEOs spend on average just 6% of their time with frontline workers.
