How to Be a Successful Agent

Gath: I think people don't understand how valuable the content you put out is. You always hear me talk in podcasts about how I studied the industry and how I look for patterns on how to be successful. The ones that stick out to me are, we've got John McGraw,. We've got Adrian Bo, Marcus Chimanella. How many freaking people do you think it's helped? Gath: I couldn't put a number on it because I mean, I don't have a system or a methodology to do it... Instead of trying to A-B-C always be closing the client, I would just educate the market.
