The Limits of Global Capitalism

In 1950 us had something like half the manufacturing under capitalism by 1973 they had about 25 percent is this decline no because the only way you were going to build a global capitalism was that other capitalists were going to share it. The integration of europe to make europe more successful in competing with united states was very much supported by the United States. It's an incredibly ambitious and difficult thing to make a global capitalism where everybody can compete according to rules.
