The Biden administration just unveiled an extremely ambitious proposal to rev up this country's move towards electric cars. It could mean that 67% of all new vehicles sold would be electric by 2032, and that's more than two-thirds of all new cars. The Inflation Reduction Act gives you a $5,400 tax credit for buying an electric vehicle.
