Running a Long Distance Race

During the build up, a ankle and knee started kind of clearing up. I was able to string together a four to six week block where i was averaging about a hundred, 20 miles per week for a chunk o there. Things felt pretty good during the taper. My body started to kind of really feel good and fresh going into the race itself.
