The Importance of Freezing Your Eggs in China

Since 2001, unmarried women in China have been prohibited from all assisted reproductive technology. The National Health Commission said these technologies should only be used to help married couples who are infertile or for women whose fertility may be affected by cancer. On the other hand, men are allowed to freeze their sperm regardless of their marital status.
