The Importance of Flow in Meditation
When we get into a flow state, our sense of self just diminishes and you're just in it, right? You see it where it's from, there's no you see all the time. And I think maybe that's what enlightenment are awakening. There's in Zen, there's a really simple practice called soussokusan which is just counting the breath.
