A good deal can't be a good deal, can turn bad with a bad contract. If what was in the document at the end of the day isn't what he thought he was getting, the deal sucks. A lot of times when you say, the lawyer represents you, this is the last point i'm goin to make on that,. The lawyer is not there to protect you entirely.
