Is Your Unconscious Habit of Facing Your Goal?
Self sabotage is when you do something that undermines a goal of value, but don't realize it until after the fact. People who have a strong fear of failure might develop an unconscious habit of showing up lay or waiting until the last minute to even start working on an important project. It's more like avoid avoiding it, to protect ourselves from someone else telling us that we failed it instead of us not trying and being like, well, i don't know if i failed it. And apparently there's also something where, like, another dimension of it all is cognitive dissonance which i remember learning in psychology model at uni.
