The Disjunction Between Direct Democracy and Representative Democracy
Sarcias: I wonder if you could talk a little bit about those differences, and maybe whether this could be, whether the chances of its being replicable in other jurisdictions. Sarcias: It's not a perfect example of direct democracy, but it seems meaningfully different from what happened in indiana. So i think ther is o disconnect, and i would say that our legislature does not accurately represent the viewpoints of all kansas.
