i have direct experience building a team that had to deal with this first hand. We tried to take our entire process, which took anywhere from three to six months, and squeeze it down into two weeks. The work that we did as a team there is an approach to doing this. It's an approach that worked for us. And like anything else, it's a framework. It's a starting point. But always think about how you can adjust it to make it fit your world.
