What Do You Look for in an Interview?

As an interviewer, I don't know if you're allowed to even share some of the questions. What do you look for as an interview? So what are the things that you're looking for as you talk to those people? And then searching to wander, how much overlap is there between what you look for in employees at the company? Yeah. It's interesting. My general philosophy on hiring is very compatibility first versus skill set first.I find that it'll hire for very specific niche skill sets. When they find whoever is the best at that skill set, they pull the trigger.
